PROSAGRI nasce nel 1992 e matura in breve tempo esperienza ed elevata conoscenza nel campo degli impianti di alimentazione computerizzati per vacche da latte. La PROGETTAZIONE e la REALIZZAZIONE dei nostri impianti sono il frutto della costante ricerca tecnologica ed il rapporto collaborativo con gli allevatori e i nostri rivenditori.
La corretta alimentazione della vacca ho uno stretto legame sia con la produzione lattifera che con lo stato generale di benessere dell’animale. Si devono quindi rispettare regole molto precise e garantire un elevato livello di affidabilità del sistema. L’esperienza maturata nel corso degli anni ha portato alla realizzazione di un sistema di alimentazione sofisticato che garantisce ad ogni animale un programma di alimentazione individuale, ma allo stesso tempo “user friendly”, cioè di facile utilizzo da parte dell’allevatore.
Ogni animale è dotato di identificatore elettronico (che può essere a collare o all’orecchio). Quando una vacca si presenta davanti alla mangiatoia di una qualsiasi stazione di alimentazione, viene immediatamente riconosciuta dal sistema che provvede ad erogare il mangime programmato per quell’animale. Nel caso che la vacca abbia già ricevuto la razione prevista, o si trovi in pausa di alimentazione, il mangime non verrà erogato.
Il software di gestione registra tutti i pasti erogati e, a fine giornata o a richiesta, elabora una lista degli animali sotto alimentati. L’allevatore potrà quindi verificarne le cause, intervenendo sull’animale in tempi rapidi.

Но в то же время система отличается «дружественностью к пользователю», то есть проста в применении для фермера. Каждое животное имеет электронный идентификатор, который может быть размещен на ошейнике или в ухе. Когда корова подходит к яслям на любой станции раздачи корма, она немедленно распознается системой, которая выдает запрограммированный для данного животного корм. Если корова уже получила предусмотренный рацион или для нее предусмотрен перерыв в питании, корм не выдается.
Программное обеспечение по управлению регистрирует все выданные рационы и в конце дня или по запросу выдает перечень животных, которые недополучают кормов. Фермер может таким образом выяснить причины и вмешаться в короткие сроки.

Each animal is equipped with an electronic identifier (which can be a collar or attached to the ear). When a cow comes in front of the manger at any feeding station, it is immediately recognized by the system that will dispense the programmed feed for this animal. In the event that the cow has already received the planned ration, or is in a feeding break, the feed will not be dispensed.
The software management keeps track of all meals provided and, at the end of the day or on request, make a list of under fed animals. The breeder can then find out the causes, acting on the animal quickly.
